Where do we ship from?

While our administrative office is registered in London, UK, our dedicated manufacturing unit and warehouse are located in Pakistan. We ship all our products directly from our factory in Pakistan.

• Why do we do this? By shipping directly from the source, we ensure that every jacket is freshly made, inspected for quality, and sent to you without middleman markups. This allows us to offer you Premium Leather at Affordable Prices with Free International Shipping.

 

Processing & Handling Time

Since many of our jackets are made to order to ensure the perfect fit, please allow us time to craft your product.

• Handling Time: 2 to 4 Business Days.
• (Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day).

 

Shipping Time (Transit)

Once your order is ready, we use premium courier services like DHL, FedEx, and DPEX for express delivery.

• USA & UK: 5 to 8 Business Days.
• Rest of the World: 7 to 10 Business Days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or holidays.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a Tracking Number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website (DHL/FedEx).

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For USA Buyers: Orders under $800 are usually duty-free.
• For UK & International Buyers: Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Leather Jacket LTD has no control over these charges.

 

Cancellations & Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at admin@leatherjacketltd.com. Once the jacket is in the manufacturing process or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
