Returns & Refund Policy

At Leather Jacket LTD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that buying a leather jacket online can be tricky regarding sizing, so we offer a transparent and easy return policy.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The jacket must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• It must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
• It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or “Made-to-Measure” jackets (as these are stitched specifically for your body measurements).
• Items bought on a “Final Sale” clearance.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our London office address without contacting us first.

1. Contact Us: Email us at admin@leatherjacketltd.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Our support team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the Return Shipping Address.                                                             Note: Since our manufacturing unit is based in Pakistan, returns may need to be shipped to our international warehouse facility.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged product or the wrong size/color due to our error, we will pay for the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind / Size Issue: If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a jacket for a different size, send us an email at admin@leatherjacketltd.com
